13. STATEMENT OF RISK & WARRANTY
 
13.1 Mara Docks products are sold "as is" unless otherwise noted. We use high quality hardware, and by installing them the user assumes all risk associated with their use.
13.2 Mara Docks warrants that on the Date of Installation all Hardware will not fail to meet its then-current specifications published by Mara Docks due to a defect in material and workmanship.
13.3 The user assumes all risk and warrants that the product is reasonably fit for the general purpose for which it was purchased.
13.4 Should such parts prove defective following their purchase, the buyer and not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.
